Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RangeXT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Training Services

RangeXT provides personalized firearms training sessions conducted by NRA certified instructors. All training sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Booking and Payment

- All bookings require advance payment through our secure payment system.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
- RangeXT reserves the right to cancel sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or instructor availability. Full refunds will be provided for RangeXT-initiated cancellations.

Safety Requirements

- All participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
- Participants must sign a waiver and release of liability before training.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
- RangeXT reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session if safety protocols are not followed.

Liability

Firearms training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release RangeXT, its instructors, and affiliates from liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during training sessions.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:
- Treat instructors and other participants with respect
- Follow all range rules and safety protocols
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Be sober and in appropriate physical condition to participate

Equipment

RangeXT provides all necessary training equipment unless otherwise specified. Participants may bring their own firearms subject to instructor approval and safety inspection.

Privacy

We collect and store personal information necessary to provide our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Modifications

RangeXT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
