Executive Manager Position
RangeXT is looking for a driven, organized professional to join our team as an Executive Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing firearms training business that brings tier 1 pistol training and special operations tactics to private civilians.
We're seeking someone who can wear multiple hats and help us expand our reach while maintaining our commitment to top-tier instruction and safety.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Digital Presence
Create engaging weekly content for our website and social media platforms. This includes posts, photos, videos, and updates that showcase our training methods, student success stories, and firearms education.
Client Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current clients. Handle inquiries, schedule training sessions, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
Outreach & Partnerships
Contact and build relationships with governmental organizations and agencies. Explore partnership opportunities and represent RangeXT professionally in the community.
Training & Weapons Handling
Assist with training sessions and develop proficiency in weapons handling. You'll work alongside our experienced instructors and learn tier 1 techniques firsthand.
